Fundraising Information

Rodeo City Popcorn ("RCP") would like to thank you for considering us for your fundraising needs.  We hope to make your fundraising efforts effortless.


RCP has two (2) different kinds of fundraisers.

  1. One is for BAGS of popcorn where your sales associates deliver bags of popcorn to their customers.

  2. The other is for COUPONS where your sales associates deliver coupons to their customers and your customers come into our store on their own to pick out their own flavors in exchange for their coupon.

Your sales group can sell either kind and/or both if you'd like.


The Pre-Order Forms will be customized to your needs with your fundraiser name, a copy of your logo, your individual sales goals and dates you would like your fundraiser to start and end.*

* Fundraiser blackout dates are from NOVEMBER 15 - DECEMBER 31 (coupons can be exchanged for product all year round and do not expire.)


Tax exempt entities receive 50% of all proceeds collected, while non-tax exempt entities will receive 45.875% of all proceeds. Any shipping charges will be an additional charge.
